The Elegant Homes program is an upscale marketing program specifically designed for the luxury home market. Generally, a home must be valued at $700,000 to qualify as an Elegant Home. Our associates also evaluate homes based on location, level of finish including fixtures and types of materials used in construction, proximity to amenities such as lakes or golf courses, and special features such as pools, guest houses, or gourmet kitchens.

After a GMAC Real Estate associate determines a home meets the criteria for inclusion in Elegant Homes, the property is immediately enrolled in a nationwide marketing program that is specifically designed to reach the types of discriminating buyers who can afford that home.
